If you are passionate about improving primary or dental care, the deadline to sharpen your skills at the next Primary Care Leadership Collaborative is fast approaching.
Applications are invited for the series of one-day programmes aimed at practice managers, nurses, GPs and dental practitioners, who are working together to improve health and health outcomes for communities. Don’t miss out – the closing date for applications is 1 October at 10am.
Working as a group of three from your practice, federation or CCG within your local Sustainability and Transformation Plan (STP), this funded course will empower you to enable innovation and service transformation.
The programme will involve three impact days, 7 November, 2018, and 23 January and 6 March, 2019, and feature small group discussions, project work, individual coaching and other resources through the NHS Leadership Academy and Eastern Academic Health Science Network.
Session speakers include Professor Michael West, who will focus on ‘Compassionate Leadership’ and Professor Tony Young on ‘Change and Innovation’.
