    ‘Michael’s public service career has ranged from working as a qualified Social Worker to an NHS Chief Executive. His twenty year role as Chief Executive encompassed acute hospitals, a community and a mental health trust and a commissioning organisation. He also held  a national role in the NHS Modernisation Agency where he worked with Ministers on NHS Reform. Michael is now retired.

    Piers was formerly a Partner in KPMG’s Public Sector Management Consulting practice. He brings 15 years’ experience of Board-level strategic, commercial and financial advisory work in the NHS and wider public sector, particularly with clients undertaking complex change programmes.

    Chief Operating Officer

    Helen is responsible for overseeing our company’s operational processes, including corporate functions, and leading the development of business strategies and reporting. She also leads on the NHS England Test Bed programme on behalf of the AHSN Network.

    Jag provides clinical governance oversight into the Eastern AHSN programmes of work and supports the promotion of its profile across the East of England.

    Director of Communications

    Charlotte brings with her over 20 years experience in health communications gained from working in agency and in-house roles at Novartis and GSK. She has responsibility for the communications strategy and managing an integrated communications, engagement and marketing team which plays a central role in the organisation to drive effective engagement and build collaboration with our many cross-sector local, regional and national partner organisations.

    Caroline is experienced in performance management, information analytics, and service improvement. She is also the lead for our regional Patient Safety Collaborative

    Director of Health Informatics, Eastern AHSN and Cambridge University Hospital Partners

    Mark has an NHS background with 17 years’ experience across a range of operational, information and performance management, and complex programme delivery roles.
