Eastern Academic Health Science Network is a company limited by guarantee.
Our board meets four times a year and consider all matters relating to governance. Their role is to provide entrepreneurial leadership and set the company’s strategic aims, ensuring that the necessary financial and human resources are in place to meet our objectives.
Day- to-day management of the Eastern Academic Health Science Network’s functions is delegated to the Chief Executive and the Senior Management Team, who operate within discretionary powers and protocols delegated by the board.
Eastern Academic Health Science Network has the ability to connect a broad range of organisations from across health and care, business and academia. Our senior leaders’ advisory group gathers together three times a year to define local problems and to inform and shape the solutions required for future health and care.
