Office Assistant

The Office Assistant will support our growing team.

This is a varied role. You’ll be responsible for ensuring the smooth running of the office by handling reception calls and enquiries, greeting visitors, preparing meeting papers and taking minutes. Duties will also include updating databases and supporting the team with specific projects.

A high standard of written and spoken English is required. We are looking for someone with good organisational skills, and knowledge of IT systems including Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint. You must be a flexible team player, with a willingness to learn.

  • Working hours are 9:00 – 17:30, Monday to Friday.
  • 12-month fixed term appointment, or secondment.
