The improvement coach will work as part of a dynamic team delivering support to the NHS and social care teams involved in the Eastern AHSN Patient Safety Collaborative (PSC) and other Quality Improvement (QI) initiatives.
The post holder will be responsible for providing practical QI expertise to the teams involved in PSC and other improvement programmes across Eastern AHSN. They will facilitate discussions, coach and advise local teams on improvement techniques and best practice, to enable local teams to oversee delivery of their projects.
Key resonsibilities for the role include:
- Improving service quality and care outcomes
- Enabling clinical leadership
- Enabling patient and public involvement
- Partnership and cross boundary working
